Shipping is with media mail or Priority mail & delivery confirmation. Shipping cost includes bubble envelope, bubble wrap as needed, delivery confirmation, postage labels & actual postage.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Not available for international shipments.
Shipment is normally done within 2 business days of payment clearing for domestic shipments, within a week for International shipments(items paid for with personal check will be held for 10 days to allow for funds to clear).
Shipping with media mail takes an average of 7 days in transit (though I have seen it take over 2 weeks many times), Priority takes an average of 2 days in transit. RETURNS:

Returns are accepted for any defective item; i.e., skipping DVDs, videos with tracking issues, etc. Please contact me within 5 days of item receipt if you experience any of these problems.
