House Security Alarm-Auto Dial & Wireless

This alarm system is high tech but low cost.

What is auto dial???

After installing the alarm system, once it is triggered by intruder in your house, it will automatically dial 6 preset numbers until one answered and inform you that the house is intruded / burgled. It will have a pre-recorded message, e.g.; “someone have entered your house” and it can be preset to any 6 phone/mobile numbers. (Meaning, it will call 6 people until one answered and they will be informed of a break-in)

What is wireless???

Wireless means that all the sensors that detect intruders into your house are not connect to the host alarm BY WIRE.

What does this means???

Simply means that anyone can install this alarm system within 20 minutes or less.

HOW???

Simply just:

1) plug in the power supply.

2) plug in the telekom line.

3) plug in your house phone.

4) plug in the siren.

5) attach the magnetic sensor to the door.

6) attach the motion detector in your living room.

7) preset all the settings including the voice message.

THAT IT’S. Congratulation, you have successfully install a high tech but low cost house alarm system all by yourself. Well Done.!!! & you can now pat yourself on the back!!!

What else can this alarm do???

From any phone, (line or mobile) & from anywhere in the world you can:

1) call the host alarm to:

a) trigger the siren to frighten off any would-be intruders.  

    (or to wake those heavy sleepers in the house after you have left the house, sort of a morning

      call, hahahaha)                                 

b) activate the alarm system.

   (if you forget to activate the host alarm with the remote controller

     when you leave your house in a hurry)                                                                                

c) de-activate the alarm system.

d) de-trigger the siren & re-trigger the siren.

e) to exit from the system completely.

f) monitoring (email us for details of the secret function)

2) the Alarm System when triggered by intruders will:

a) Call you and all the preset phone numbers until one answered.

b) Announce the pre-record message,

c) Then enter the password and do any or all the functions as

This system is high tech & low cost. It all American design but not made in US of A.

It is false alarm safe, 99.999% i.e., even in heavy rain & during thunderstorm & lightning, the alarm system does not give false alarms.

(false alarms which are a nuisance to your neighbors & how many times you have heard siren going off, i.e. house alarms & car alarms going off in your neighborhood & you don’t give “2 hoots” about it)

False alarm is usually due to incorrect location of the motion detector.

Within 30 days (not enough???, email us) from the date of posting, we will replace the Host Alarm, if defective & no questions asked except those that are strike by lightning, so buy an lightning arrestor for the telephone line & power supply, after the 30 days it will be send back to the manufacturer for a full warranty claim

NO, NO, NO !!!

No catch!!!

Well, because there is no keypad on the host alarm TO CUT COST & it look like a modem or whatever & just place it beside the phone and nobody will know what it is.

So, where is the keypad to do all the settings like other alarm systems????

The keypad is actually on your house phone when you connect it to the house phone. So just use your house phone as the keypad to do all your settings.

SIMPLE AS THAT!!! Senang saja!!!

The HOST ALARM CAN BE PRESET TO:

1) record your preset message; e.g. “the house alarm is triggered”

2) record the preset 6 telephone numbers or mobile numbers.

3) mute the siren when triggered, i.e. the alarm system will be on “silent alarm”,    

    no siren sound but it will still call the 6 preset numbers & you can add the  

    strobe light.

4) mute the “beep” whenever you press the remote controller.

5) change the password to enter the Host Alarm.

The REMOTE CONTROLLER has 4 buttons CAN BE USE TO:

1) activate alarm system

2) de-activate the alarm system

3) emergency button can be activated anytime (irrespective of whether the alarm  

    system is activated or not) during emergency & the host  

    alarm will trigger the siren & will call ONE OF the 6 preset numbers.                                

NB: the emergency button is very, very, very important, even if the alarm is not activated, and if the intruder have entered the house, just press the emergency button & it will automatically call all the 6 preset numbers & siren can be triggered or can be set to silent mode. (Similar to the bank’s silent alarm system).

    This button is exceptionally useful for not only as an alarm system:   

     a) but for those who have elderly or sickly person or impaired vision who    

         cannot dial out in the event of an emergency, when Home Alone. Wear

         this remote controller around their neck or tie around their wrist.

     b) if your house is intruded & the alarm is not activated, press the emergency      

         button without the intruder’s knowledge and will call all the 6 people to warn   

         them of a break-in.

 c)    this function is exceptionally good for those who operate businesses above  

         the shop houses, businesses that are manned by one person or 24 hours

         Klinik, 24 hours convenience shop, etc, etc.    

         Because robbers will take advantages of the fact that nobody will notice  

         when there is a robbery. Put the remote controller near the cash register or

         just wear it. Press it in event of an emergency.

4) special button to temporary de-activate the PIR infrared motion detector.

    (when the alarm system is activated, you cannot enter the areas (living room,     

     kitchen) protected by the motion detector. With this special button, you can

     temporary deactivate it but all other detectors/sensors are still activated, i.e.

     door/window magnetic sensors.

All sensors & remote controllers have a working distance of

APPROX. 30 metres to the Host Alarm.

a)Temporary deactivated = all main sensors are activated except this one is not e.g. so that

                                               you can keep your wooden door open for more air while the iron              

                                               door is closed/locked & its sensor is activated.

b) Permanently activated = irrespective whether the host alarm is activated or not, this sensor    

                                                    will be (24 hrs x 365 days) activated & will still trigger the alarm

                                                    system especially if installed inside the roof or the back door or

                                                    storeroom or your safe where you keep your valuable.

The above 2 functions a) & b) can only be set by the seller before delivery.

Why do you need to install a sensor in the roof ????????

Well, most people who live in terrace houses that have roofs that can be easily entered

by intruders (simply by removing a few roof tiles) and many a time, intruders are

brave to the extent of entering through your roof when you are in the house

especially when you are so engrossed with whatever you and your family

members are doing, i.e. watching TV.

Please take note that this is a very real scenario and worst of its kind because

lives are at stakes & female members of your family may be violated.

nb: for roof installation, use a door sensor and not a motion detector, the door sensor must be

installed securely in horizontal position with the permanent magnet, just simply sitting on top of it.

Tie a few strings to the permanent magnet and then tie the other end of the strings to the

other side of the wall, imagine a spider cobweb. When intruder enter through the roof, the intruder

will trip on the string and trigger the alarm.

The best type of strings will be fishing line or thin wires/nylon string which is near invisible to

the naked eyes especially in the dark.

Please take note that a similar alarm system in the open market is about RM1500.00

and its functions are less, i.e. monitoring function (listen into the house).
