Vintage 70's Mens Blazer Coat Jacket

For over fifty years, The Miami Beach Convention Center/Jackie Gleason Theater has been an icon in South Florida, playing host to numerous world-renowned events.

Inaugurated in 1957 as the Miami Beach Convention Hall/Auditorium, during the 1960/70's it was the site of the famous Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali vs Sonny Liston World Heavyweight Boxing Championship (1964), two Republican National Conventions (1968,1972) and the Democratic National Convention in 1972. It's sister site on campus, The Jackie Gleason Theater, is best remembered for a 60's stint as the home of the Jackie Gleason Show.

Today, the MBCC continues to generate international acclaim with major conventions and annual events such as Art Basel and The Miami International Boat Show.
