THIS RECORD ALBUM IS FROM MY GRANDFATHER'S COLLECTION. I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE THE AGE OF THE ALBUM AND ITS CONTENTS I CAN ONLY ASSUME IT'S AROUND 50YRS OLD.

THE ALBUM IS IN GOOD CONDITION FOR IT'S AGE AS ARE THE RECORDS.  THE ALBUM IS A LITTLE WORN AROUND THE EDGES HOWEVER BINDER AND FRONT/BACK COVERS ARE INTACT

THE 3 RECORDS INSIDE ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AS WELL, NO SCRATCHES OR SMUDGE MARKS
