DESCRIPTION.

Please find for sale a magnificent large gold stick pin mounted with a banded agate cabachon stone, the back of the pin bearing the name of W. Lund of London, a very famous retailer and manufacturer of high quality jewellery and items of virtue.

SIZE (25.4mm to the inch )

The gallery size is 22.3mm in diameter.

WEIGHT (31.1g to the troy ounce)

The weight is 7.3g. Gross.

CONDITION.

This is in good condition with no undue wear, damage or repair at all. There is no damage to the stone whatsoever, the gold mount is in very good order and the pin is original to the piece and attached to the backing as shown. This is a very well made and high quality jewel.

HALLMARKS & MAKER.

The gold frame tests as a minimum of 14ct gold while the pin is slightly lower caract and showed as 12ct on my tester.

There are no marks at all.

Made c.1880.
