Tony Little's Gazelle Sprintmaster Quick Shape Total Body Cardio Workout -  

  • designed for men and women of all ages
  •  low impact!

Beginning Level: 10 minutes or less with a 2-3 minute cooldown.  Intermediate Level: 20 minutes or less with a cool down.  Advanced Level: 30 minutes or less with a cool down.  Never exercise while in pain or to pain.  Only do what is comfortable for you!  Gradually increase your time, always trying to get better.
