This sacred Buddhist prayer wheel is made of copper (the body of the wheel) and brass (the stand and the patchwork) in Nepal. This wheel can be also used as paperweight or can be hanged through a nail on the wall (there is a made big hole on the triangular brass stand for hanging it to wall). The brass wheel is 3.6cm in diameter and 5.7cm in length. The base of the brass stand is 8.2cm long; other two sides of this triangular stand are 10.4cm each. This prayer wheel weighs 171gm (6 ounce). The mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” is patched around the copper wheel. The sacred mantras are written on a long roll of paper that is kept inside the wheel. These mantras rotate with each rotation of this wheel. With every rotation of this wheel, these mantras are supposed to be recited. I will send you this prayer wheel quite safely packed inside thick airtrapped plastics and the padded envelope.
