ITEM DESCRIPTION:

This strong Tibetan prayer wheel is made of white metal. It is 21cm (8.5 inch) long. It weighs 65gm (2.3 ounce). As seen in this picture, you can read Buddhist mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” written on body of this wheel. It is in Tibetan script. Sacred Buddhist mantras are written on a long roll of paper kept inside this wheel. Open the top lid to see these mantras. This roll of mantras rotates with each rotation of this wheel. With every rotation of wheel, these mantras are believed to be recited once.
