Movie description
Peter Sellers and Goldie Hawn star in this adaptation of Terence Frisby's hit stage comedy. After being ditched by her sexually-liberated boyfriend, a doe-eyed flowerchild is forced to crash at the bachelor pad of Robert Danvers, star of a popular gourmet-cooking program and a notorious London swinger. A committed lady-killer, Danvers' life is turned upside down when, to his surprise, he finds himself falling in love with his winsome house guest.

Terence Frisby's play "There's a Girl in My Soup" opened in London and moved to Broadway in 1967. Gig Young and Barbara Harris starred in the Broadway stage version.

Originally released on video in 1987.

Following songs composed by Mike D'Abo: "Miss Me in the Morning," "Arabella Cinderella," "The Lady's in Love," and "It's Gotta Be Now."
