Includes complete histories, interesting facts, dates, and sizes.  This book retails for $19.95.  This book is a publisher remainder and is being sold at a reduced price because of: scuffed cover, out-of-print, new edition released, or too few in stock to be advertised. This information has been stamped on the inside front cover.  The book has some light shelf wear.  The top corner of the book was crease and left a light impression on all of the pages.
