This is a 100% cotton quilt top fabric panel from Wilmington Prints.  BThe panel has Spouty the whale and friends in a colorful view of underwater in the ocean.  The colors are actually brighter but I lightened the picture to show details.  Can be used as part of a quilt top or as a wall hanging.  This panel is 28" x 45", 100% cotton. This is not a finished quilt, just the top.
