I highly recommend the advice given in this book. I don't usually sell books that aren't in like-new condition but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to help someone with a child who doesn't sleep well. The author does not condone the ''let them cry it out'' theory so I looked forward to trying his methods. THEY WORK !

This book has been read and used. I have erased the few pencil markings inside.
