Shakespeare Poet Feather Quill Pen

Quills Pen were the principal writing instrument from the 6th to the
19th century that made from a feather & writing with ink

Quills Pen went into decline after the invention of the metal Pen, first patented in America in 1810 & then mass produced by 1860

This auctioning Feather Quill Pen had been kept for collection all along.
The feather is in excellent condition.
The obverse side of the Pen's nib has some rusted signs, the reverse
side of the Pen's nib, however, is in great condition


 
   
            




Besides the Quill Pen, it also comes with a background card where the obverse side of the card depicting the figures, the costumes,
the building etc during Shakespearian time

chronology form starting from the year 1564 in which
William Shakespeare was born till the complete  formation of the Globe Theatre, later renamed as the Shakespeare Globe in 1997 

The condition of the background card:

It has slight folded mark in the middle

slight dog ear at the left & right bottom corner

  This Quill Pen set comes with original plastic wrap that look aged &
have slight tear. Anyway, the wrap is a tiny matter as you can
exchange it or simply take it off!

Condition:

Kept as collection all along, it comes in its original wrap
