SHIPPING POLICY

ALL shipping and handling costs is paid by the buyer and will be made via Poslaju with tracking ID.  Most packages also include a handling charge for double boxing of the unit and packing materials.  All purchases will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays) after payment is  received and cleared.  I ship Monday thru Friday.

WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY

All new products maintain 12 month local warranty.  Used Products either carry no warranty or remainder of Factory/Local Warranty.  All issues for defect must be handled through the Local Distributor. All shipping cost associated with the transaction is non refundable.  All returns will incur a 15% restock fee + the cost of any missing items/accessories. Any items with UPC code missing, warranty cards filled out, or items already registered with the MFG are not returnable.
