New lap quilt top fabric panel is 100% cotton and has a cute snowman with a blue background and the words "Star of Wonder, Star of Light". There are also stars on the panel. Measures approximately 36" x 45", 100% cotton. I also have matching fabric for this panel in my store. This is not a finished quilt, just the top.
