Ruby & Diamond 925 Sterling Silver with 14K Yellow Gold Plating 18" Heart Necklace.  This necklace is brand new. It consists of 7, Round Cut Rubies with a caret weight of 0.14 carets. There is also 1, Round cut Diamond with a caret weight of 0.01 carets. Total gem weight is 0.15 carets. It is set into 925 Sterling Silver with an approx weight of 2.2 grams. It has 14K Yellow gold overlay, see picture. It comes on a 18" chain with a bolt ring fastener. The pendant size is 17 mm x 12 mm including the bayle. Item will come gift boxed. Please take a look through my shop. Quite a varied selection of fine jewellery.
