Shipping-I generally ship on a daily basis except for Monday-- however sometimes things happens--If you are in need of an item right away please let me know and every effort will be made to get it out the door the same day you pay

REFUNDS-when it is a size issue on Clothing or Shoes I will be happy to refund your purchase price if you return it to me in the same condition at your expense.  I will not refund ANY shipping unless I misrepresent the size or quality!! If I do so it is by mistake and I will be more than happy to refund total costs that the buyer incurs plus 5% for your inconvenience!! I don't think you can get better service than that!!
