For reliable express shipment, you can choose UPS as your shipping option
at a higher shipping charge through eBay. You should receive the products

Due to prevention on your item lost during transit. We would encourage you to buy insurance for your item. The cost is US$3.50 for each item, in which case we will guarantee arrival of your purchased goods.

Policy
RETURN POLICY: - In the
event I sent the wrong item(s) to you, I will replace with the correct item upon
returning my wrong item(s). The wrong item must be shipped back unused with it's
original contents & boxes. I will then ship you the correct item and I will
pay you courier fees for shipping reimbursement. Cash refund will be
made if I cannot supply you the correct stocks in a pre-agreed time frame.
Refunds are made through online bank transfer only.

WARRANTY CLAIM: - Customer(s) will have to send me the faulty item(s) including handling
& shipping cost in advance before I can ship back the repaired or replaced
goods.

year manufacturer warranty
. Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically
or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of
40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is
voided.

After 1 month, if the item(s) need to be repaired. Then we will charge a service
fees of S$30.00 from the customer and also will send the item(s) for repair. If
the item cannot be repaired, then we will replace a new one for
client(s).
D.O.A STOCKS: - Money will be refunded if I do not have replacement stock for the item
purchased. (Shipping & handling charges are not refundable) D.O.A (Dead On

within 3 days upon receiving the products. Otherwise buyer will bear for the
shipping fee.
