For International Buyer

1) Some countries may require various types of import licenses.  will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.  Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

2) We charge exact  Local / international shipping fees (Included Handling Fee) and all shipping fees you pay for is a Regular shipping Fee (NOT PAY FOR  EXPRESS SHIPPING) and buyer responsible for them and be patient of Transit Time

3) We reserve the right to choose any shipment company for delivery, We won't Follow buyer request Shipment Method

4) For International delivery by Sea / Snail with Tracking, From my experience, it's estimate take 4~8 Week or Longer, please be patient of Transit Time, but you will get confirm shipped info from Malaysia Post Website

• Note: The International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union does not ascertain any international delivery standard for Sea / Snail mail.

• All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance, transport conditions (e.g. boat traffic in certain areas) and volume of mail traffic.

• All transit times given are in accordance with the international standard concluded by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union.

8) For all buyer, this is online transaction, it's take some time to process (waiting your payment, confirm your shipment address, check your payment, check our stock, packing, time going to Postal Office, We necessary spend few day to Prepare) So, not suitable for Very urgent buyer

9) Item arrived broken / Spoilt, Buyer had to return Item to us and Postage is buyer own expense and with all original Packed / Box

10) We will refuse refund / replacement  for buyer only Testing goods / Just have a look / Abuse Use

11) Refund will be of the item purchase price, excluding shipping & handling Fee
