TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

We endeavor to send out the goods on the following day after payment has cleared. However we ask that you allow at least 3 working days for your orders to go through the necessary processes and allow for any courier delays. We also ask that once you receive your item and you are satisfied, that you leave positive feedback to help us with any other transactions. We will deal with any claims which will be made through the courier if this situation occurs. On claim completion we will issue the customer with a new product or a full refund if this cannot be achieved.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

We only offer refunds to customers under the following circumstances: · Non Delivery of any item · Faulty or damaged goods All items are new and guaranteed in good working order prior to dispatch, unless otherwise stated . If you need to return any goods then you the buyer are responsible for the shipping charges. Delivery is a service and therefore non refundable. Any goods which are found to be faulty within the warranty period will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of the company. Any goods found not to be faulty may incur a charge and return shipping charges will have to be paid by the buyer. It is the responsibility of you the buyer to ensure that any items purchased are compatible with your existing system. We provide an honest and reliable service through eBay and hope that all our customers are happy. Tracking and shipping :

*Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

If you don't purchase the express service, it will most likely be shipped via Malaysia Standard Registered Air Mail. Registered Air Mail Normally 3 - 4 days slower because the post office need to do some job for it. For registered air mail, a shipment confirmation number will be given which shows that proof of delivery.

However, the following countries are much slower, the buyer must aware of this  

France/Norway/Netherlands/Spain/Portugal ETA 14 days  (France losing rate is very high I will use recorded service)

Italy/Brazil/Mexico ETA 30 days (If you cannot wait, please don't bid)

USA/Canada/Malta ETA 20 days (recorded service will be used)

If you purchase a recorded service, we will provide a Priority Airmail Shipment Confirmation Number which will be sent to your email address included with the PayPal payment notification. If you do not receive the email, please look into your SPAM folder. Many ISP's treat the tracking numbers/yahoo.co.uk as SPAM.

Priority Airmail Confirmation Number is not a tracking number. If you run this number on the USPS/Any site, it will not give an updated status until the item has been delivered. You cannot use it as a tracking number to determine its current location. This is a seller's tool to confirm that the item has been delivered.

Another recommended shipping method is International EMS Express shipping, which cost effectively and Fast. ETA 3-5 days and do provide real tracking service.

The Delivery Speed are retrieved from Post Office for Shipment Confirmation only. There are NOT guaranteed, actual delivery time might vary subject to handling speed of your local post office.
