There is an adorable Precious Moments Baby Bear in a blanket carried by two birds as a "Special Delivery".  There are colorful Precious Moments balloons in the sky also.  Blue sky background.  Can also be used as a wall hanging. This panel is 36" x 45", 100% cotton. This is not a finished quilt, just the top.
