- Canadian and UK buyers Please note: Canadian customs can be a major headache. I don't know why, but sometimes they'll hold your package until you pick it up. So don't be surprised if it takes your painting a little longer to arrive. And if your painting doesn't arrive when I say they should be there, before contacting me, contact your Customs office w/ the customs label number that I provide you with.

"These paintings are elegant enough to be comfortably displayed in Grandma's antiquarian living space, but they mostly provide a geniune contemporary atmosphere to any environment and will certainly support your self-professed assertion of cognizant aptitude. You're proud to be a fan, and hanging a painting like this in your space, proves that fanaticism and expresses your trailblazing fidelity!...In short, you're hip, and this painting you're about to buy, is a testimony of that fact."

FAQ's
Q. - How much is shipping?
A. - Use the shipping calculator to calculate your shipping costs. The shipping price is based on UPS and USPS' current shipping rates. These paintings are large and weigh approximately 6lbs for the set of three. If you're suspicious of the shipping rate, feel free to log onto USPS or UPS's website to see for yourself. We're not trying to make any extra money off your shipping fee. But I can tell you, from experience and extensive research, these are the best rates available for our paintings.
Q. - What is it painted on? What is masonite?
A. - It is painted on 1/8 inch hardboard masonite (like peg board w/ out the holes)
Q. - Can I get custom colors to match my home and what colors are available? How do I request my custom colors?
A. - Yes, we'll spray custom colors for you at no extra charge. You can get any colors that are available in Ironlak or American Accents spray paint. If you're requesting a color change, please, please, please be as specific as possible. Preferred color request example: Left to Right, replace color X with color Y, etc.
Q. - What are the measurements of the paintings?
A. - The larger paintings are exactly 19 inches by 20 inches and the smaller picture is 9 1/2 inches by 20 inches. The wood is 1/8 inch thick.
Q. - Do they come ready to hang? How do I hang them? Are they framed?
A. - No it doesn't come ready to hang. There are many ways to hang it and I think the best way is to purchase 1/8" clear mirror hangers, one for each corner of the painting. You can find these at any hardware store or online, just Google '1/8" mirror hangers'. They're inexpensive and look nice and do the job perfectly. No they are not framed, in fact, they're not designed to be framed, and I think it looks better without a frame. If you decide to frame it, you'll have to have a custom frame made, cuz they're not a standard size.
Q. - Can I combine shipping if I order more than one?
A. - Yes, we will ship your paintings together as long as they are purchased within the time that we'll be sending out your first order, and you will receive a discount on shipping for additional items on orders of 2 and right now we're offering FREE shipping for orders of 3 or more!!!
Q. - How long until I get my pictures?
A. - We truly try to get them out to you within a week after your purchase, but during busy weeks, it can take up to 2 weeks and on very rare occasions, 3 weeks. We will keep you informed via email. As soon as your paintings are shipped we will email you the tracking #....So please don't email us for your tracking #. We will email it to you, so be sure that you're Ebay account is updated w/ the correct email correspondence.
Q. - Do you do custom work (e.g. pictures of my family or band)?
A. - Absolutely! Just contact us. Please keep in mind, the cost is much more.
Q. - Do you take suggestions?
A. - Yes, let us know what you'd like to see and if it's something either myself or my wife are fans of, chances are, we'll design one.
Q. - Are they really signed by the artist?
A. - They're signed by the artist, Iosua Tai Taeoalii or Adrienne Taeoalii, not the artist that it's the picture of.
Q. - What does the series mean?
A. - Each series has a limited amount to be sprayed. We'll be spraying 100 of each Series. Once we've sprayed the max limit, the design is thrown out and the stencil is destroyed.
Q. - Can I just order a single picture from the set of three?
A. - Not right now. Sorry. We've tried to do it in the past, but it gets too confusing. I realize it's not rocket science, but we're artists.
Q. - Can you ship to my country?
A. - We'll ship'em anywhere as long as you're aware that you'll be paying for the shipping.
Q. - Can you ship my paintings using a different method of shipping to save me money?
A. - Sorry, only what we offer.
Q. - This is a gift for a friend, can you leave a special note for her?
A. - Sure, we'll try, but sometimes we get so busy, we may forget to put in the note.
Q. - Can you give me a discount if I order more than one?
A. - If you order 3 or more, right now we're offering free shipping. That'll save you a ton of money!
Q. - Why haven't you responded to my emails?
A. - We respond to every single email that we get within 2-3 days. Check your junkmail or spam mail. Our emails sometimes end up there.
Q. - What payment methods do you accept?
A. - Paypal. You can use your credit cards at Paypal, so do that!
Q. - Are all the pictures signed and numbered?
A. - No, just the picture on the right is signed and numbered.
Q. - Is the auction for all 3 paintings?
A. - Yes, all 3. Heck of a deal, isn't it.
Q. - The image in the photo looks weird. Do you have any other photos available?
A. - This is currently the only picture we have available. Sometimes the photo in the listing is a mock-up of the design, but that is rare.
Q. - Just checking the status of my paintings?
A. - About 35% of my time is spent on answering these kind of emails. That's 35% of my time that I'm not painting. Which makes the status of your pictures pushed back even further. You will receive your pictures. I send them in order that they are purchased. I also purchase online and know what it's like to be waiting for a purchase, so I sympathize, but please understand that art takes time. I email you when I receive your payment and when your pictures have been shipped w/ the tracking #. For comfort purposes check our feedback scores.
Q. - My pictures arrived damaged. Now what?
A. - Just contact us. If they were damaged during shipping, be prepared for us to ask you to send the damaged pictures back and we'll send you a replacement, no charge, once they arrive. Shipping employees are like anybody else, sometimes they take good care of the packages, other times they can be negligent. This is also the reason we suggest paying for the insurance.
Q. - I want to start creating my own stencils, can you be cool and give me all your secrets and techniques? (that's a little exaggerated)
A. - Look dude, I'm all for helping people out, but if you don't go out and try to figure things out for yourself then how do you ever expect to learn anything. Yes, somebody helped me out long ago, but for the most part I had to figure out things on my own. Trial and error. I realize this q&a makes me seem like a jerk, but I'm really not. When I get an email like this from people, 9 times out of 10 I give all the help I can, but from here on out I don't really have to time or resources to assist your come up, when I'm strugglin' with my own.

Adrienne Nicole Taeoalii bio
Born and raised in Salt Lake City Utah, Adrienne Taeoalii graduated from Hillcrest High in ’98 and has always had a strong interest in music and the arts. After a few summer-salts, a plate of pickles, and meeting her husband (Iosua Tai), her art interests were forced to become a daily part of her life, when she and Iosua started selling their art on eBay in 2005. Since then she has had the luxury of using her creative noggin on a daily basis, and at the same time make a living out of it. She has been painting, designing, writing, singing (mostly to herself and baby) and recently rehabilitated her love for photography.
