Payment must be received within 7 days of auctions end. Items generally leave our warehouse within 2-3 Business Days of your cleared payment. Shipping options and transit times are available at the bottom of this page in the "Shipping, payment details and return policy" section. Weekends and Holidays are not considered Transit Days.
We do offer combined shipping discounts. We take the highest shipping cost on any item and add $5.99 for each additional item shpped U.S domestic. For International shipping rate on additional items please refer to the shipping chart below.
All packages are shipped to the confirmed shipping address that paypal provides on your payment. Please make sure your shipping address on your paypal account/payment is correct before checking out.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS:
The winner of this auction will receive the listed item above. Sorry but there are no refunds for correct items received. In store credit will be offered to you.
Any credits that may have been issued for any problem orders are only valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
We accept exchanges. Exchanges for new items will require payment by the buyer for reshipment. Also, items that you are returning back for the exchange will have to be in the same condition as when it was shipped and with all tags attached. All exchanges must be done within 15 days from the day item was received. You are responsible for the shipping both ways.
Please be advised that should you choose to return an item that was shipped out correctly or with no defects or problems or without notifying Customer Service you will be charged a restocking fee of $8.00
If a package is returned unclaimed per the Postal Service or Fedex you will need to repay the shipping cost. If you choose not to have the package reshipped there will be a $8.00 per item restocking fee assessed.
We have a staff that works very hard to get your items to you. We ship 100's of items a day and there are times that a mistake in shipping may happen. Please notify us as soon as possible if this happens and we will do everything possible to correct the mistake.
