PAYMENT
We accept Pay Pal or postal orders.
If you wish to pay by postal orders please email us for payment details. All orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours from the receipt of the payment.
We do not add a surcharge when paying via Pay Pal.
Payments are expected within 7 days of close of auction. Feedback will be left within 14 days of completion of the auction. ALL UNPAID auctions will reported to Ebay and negative feedback will be left.

DELIVERY
We charge a standard £1.46 for postage & handling for this item. If you would like to purchase another one an additional 50p will be charged per item for shipping.
Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery and are dispatched within 72 hours.
1st Class UK Delivery time- Between 3-5 working /business days
Airmail Delivery time- Between 5-15 working/business days.

In the unlikely event that a package should go missing, The Royal Mail stipulates that both the sender and receiver must allow 15 working days to pass before a report of a lost package can be made. Overseas orders are sent through Royal Mail Standard Airmail, this is just a regular airmail letter/small packet service with no tracking number or insurance. If you require insurance and a tracking number- please contact us first for a revised shipping price.

Please note that bulkier items will not fit through a standard UK letterbox.  In the event that a parcel is returned to us by the Royal Mail- whether it be an issue relating to a non collection from a local sorting office or postal address errors , we will inform you by email and you will be offered a full refund or the option for the item to be re sent out again. However if a parcel has to be resent out again, a small administration fee to cover repackaging and postal fees will be requested.

Some items in our store can only be delivered to a VERIFIED Paypal address. If you don’t have one, or want an item shipped to another address- payment for such items MUST BE MADE in the form of Postal orders.

OUR P&P PRICING INCLUDES THE COST OF POSTAGE AND PACKAGINF AS WELL AS A CHARGE FOR HANDLING, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR POSTAL CHARGES THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you may have received an item that is defective in any way, contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement of the same kind to you straight away. Customers must return items at their own cost- whilst a recorded delivery may not be necessary, we would strongly suggest that a ‘certificate of posting’ should be obtained from the post office when returning goods. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of a paypal refund or a company cheque. Please email us if you wish to return an item. This returns policy covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or wilful damage will render the warranty void.

WE CAN NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR SEND OUT ANY REPLACEMENTS UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM IN QUESTION.
