CARVING COLLECTABLES Book One by Grace Herr is a 1975 Pattern Book to be used for fancy wood Carvings. 20 Pages Long, this Leaflet also includes step-by-step instructions for finishing using liquid acrylic paints. If this is your first opportunity to try Country Carving, you will be thrilled with what you can do. This is a good craft because people of all ages can do it and it has the possibilities of combining it with tole and decoupage, as well as doing some advanced wood carvings. There has been a great need for small patterns as well as more explicit techniques for finishing carving projects. Patterns in this book are meant to be carved onto the wood, and painted.
