PRADA MADE IN ITALY METAL PLAQUE INSIDE CONDITION: PRELOVED & EXCELLENT There are 4 ink spots (DIRT) inside on the bottom. The rest of the inside is clean. The outside is looks fine. The Zipper Pocket looks new. Please review pictures! There are no returns. All shipments are insured for damage to protect the buyer from loss. I wrap and package items as carefully as possible so they arrive in tact. I am not responsible for the way the Postal service or UPS handles packages. Sometimes an item is damaged or it breaks during shipping. As stated prior, all items I ship are insured for the entire amount paid by the buyer. If there is a problem, a claim can be submitted which will require a copy of the postal receipt.
