Delivery within the UK is free.
Items are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery and are dispatched within 72 hours.
1st Class UK Delivery time- Between 3-5 working /business days
Airmail Delivery time- Between 5-15 working/business days.

WE DO NOT DO LOCAL PICK UPS/ COLLECTIONS

In the unlikely event that a package should go missing, The Royal Mail stipulates that both the sender and receiver must allow 15 working days to pass before a report of a lost package can be made. Overseas orders are sent through Royal Mail Standard Airmail, this is just a regular airmail letter/small packet service with no tracking number or insurance. If you require insurance and a tracking number- please contact us first for a revised shipping price.

Please note that bulkier items will not fit through a standard UK letterbox.  In the event that a parcel is returned to us by the Royal Mail- whether it be an issue relating to a non collection from a local sorting office or postal address errors , we will inform you by email and you will be offered a refund (minus a fee for the outgoing postage) or the option for the item to be re sent out again. However if a parcel has to be resent out again, a small administration fee to cover repackaging and postal fees will be requested.
