Therefore if you are not satisfied with the item you received, please return the item to us with it's original package in unworn and unwashed condition. Upon receiving the item, we will then refund your bid/purchased price. There would not be a refund on its shipping cost.

We have a very simple policy which is if you do not receive the item or the item is damage after 3 weeks from the shipping date, we will refund back your money.
