General Terms of Sale, Delivery, and Return

(The buyer is recommended to review this section prior to placing an order.)

- The postage and packing fee is FREE (borne by the seller).

- The seller accepts only bank deposit payments (i.e. the buyer deposits funds into the seller’s Public Bank account).
- After the receipt of payment, the seller will post the item (Pos Malaysia or City-Link) without any delay. A tracking number will be provided to the buyer wherever possible. Any unintentional delay is very much regretted.

- The buyer is entitled to a refund on condition that the buyer posts the item intact back to the seller within 3 days upon receipt of the item. In other words, once posted to the buyer, if the seller is not in receipt of the returned item intact within 10 days thenceforth, the item is considered sold and no refund request will be approved.

- In the event of a refund being requested, the seller will refund the money less postage and other expenses incurred (to be rightly borne by the buyer), as if the sale had not taken place.
