PURCHASE & PAYMENT POLICY:

I strive to give every buyer a 5-star experience and hope you will be pleased with your purchase and all aspects of my service. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me before leaving feedback - I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do everything necessary to resolve any issues to your satisfaction!!

Ø  I love to work with all my buyers, both new and experienced. However, due to unpaid bids/purchases, I must request SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY, PLEASE!! 

Ø   Please ask questions before bidding/placing your purchase – your bid is considered a binding contract!

Ø    Buyer is expected to contact seller within 3 days of end of auction/making purchase bid with method of payment.

Ø   Payment should be received within 7 (seven) days of close of auction/placing purchase, including mailed payments (if that isn’t possible, please contact seller for other arrangements).

Ø      If buyer fails to complete transaction after attempts have been made, an Unpaid Item Claim will be promptly filed with eBay.

Ø      PayPal and credit cards are accepted methods of payment.

I offer prompt replies to questions; authentic, high quality items from a smoke-free environment; complete, honest, and detailed item descriptions; and fast shipping – all to ensure a positive buying experience!

Ø     If by chance there is any problem with your item once received, please contact me immediately (preferably prior to leaving unfavorable feedback!)

Ø      Exchanges, returns, and refunds will be granted in most cases. I strongly believe that communication is the best solution and any problem can be worked out!

SHIPPING POLICY:

Ø      Your item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated or negotiated (a small handling fee is included in the S&H amount to cover costs of order processing, packaging, etc.)

Ø      I offer FREE SHIPPING* on multiple purchases within the USA: Pay the single highest shipping charge and all other items are shipped free.

Ø     Insurance is optional – your item(s) will be packed very carefully, delivery confirmation is included with all domestic shipments, but please understand that I cannot be responsible for lost, undelivered, or damaged items once shipped. Unless insurance is purchased, risk of loss and/or damage of product(s) passes to customer at the time the package is dispatched by seller to postal/delivery service.

Ø      I normally ship about three days a week, but will always try to accommodate the needs of my buyers!  Please keep this in mind when making your purchase, and contact seller with your shipping request if necessary. Your item(s) can be expected within 1 week of purchase & payment - you will be notified if there are any shipping delays.

Ø       Buyers outside of the country should contact seller for shipping options and rates prior to placing bid/making purchase. Once purchase is made, you will receive an invoice with the applicable shipping amount included. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. It is advisable to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Actual sales price will be indicated on customs form. Buyer is fully responsible for all duty and taxes, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations required by or that apply to their country.  

RETURN POLICY:

Ø      My goal is for complete customer satisfaction! Please contact seller immediately if not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Ø      If item(s) is to be returned, it needs to be within seven (7) days of receipt and in the same condition as when shipped (ie. “new with tags attached” or “new in original box”, “smoke-free”, etc.)

Ø      In most cases, full refund will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price, less the shipping & handling fees.

Ø      Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Ø      Full refund will be granted in the case of defective merchandise.

Ø     This Return Policy is void if item is not returned within 7 days, unless otherwise negotiated.
