Non-Payment:

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the auction will be canceled and a "non-paying bidder" claim will be filed with eBay. This filing is required by eBay to recover Champions On Display’s fees incurred by the sale of the merchandise on eBay. Buyer may choose to reimburse these fees to Champions On Display in lieu of the non-paying bidder claim being filed. eBay does not allow sellers to “cancel” a sale (this is for the buyer’s protection). Purchases made “accidentally” or by someone else using the buyer’s eBay account are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Confirmation, Undeliverable, and “Lost” Merchandise:

Merchandise that is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS or UPS is the responsibility of the buyer and not subject to refund or replacement. Buyer should contact their USPS postman or UPS (1-800-742-5877) to attempt to locate the delivered merchandise. Merchandise returned to Champions On Display as “undeliverable” for any reason will be re-shipped to a valid address if buyer pays for re-shipment. Merchandise may be considered “lost” if no tracking or delivery confirmation is available. Merchandise shipped domestically is not considered “lost” until 30 days after shipping. Merchandise shipped internationally is not considered “lost” until 60 days after shipping. Lost merchandise will be replaced (if available) after specified time period has elapsed if buyer pays for re-shipment. All replacements are subject to availability.

Returns:

Returns accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. Flawed or misrepresented items are not subject to restocking fee. Refunds given for damaged items when damage is reported within 14 days of delivery. Refund amount does not include any shipping upgrades purchased at checkout. Holiday merchandise will be refunded at the current sale price.
