Q2: WHY I NEED TO PAY UP FRONT RM50 FOR BOOKING FEES
A: We are facing some problem like on
Monday customer want to buy our product, our product arrive on Wednesday,
suddenly something has happen to customer, they simply not turn out and ignore
us. We want to eliminate this kind of circumstances to waiting insincere
customer. The upfront RM50 is a guarantee from buyer.
CASE STUDY 1:
A buyer claim that he want to buy a PSP from us, when we
meet up, he decline to buy because he said PSP cannot make calls, he don’t
want. We keep facing this hoax and we need guarantee from our customer side to
ensure our sales team outgoing is valued.
The booking fee will be
forfeited as if the product is running in good condition. Customer
should
do some research before purchasing.
Q3: WHY ALL PRODUCTS MARK “NEW”? IS IT NEVER USING BEFORE?
A: All items selling under
“SPLITWAVE MARKETING SERVICES” is totally new. Our physical shop
will
be open soon in SG Wang and Pertama complex. Will increase collection point and
service point for customer.
Q4: WHAT YOU MEAN FOR 1 YEAR WARRANTY?
A: our factory will provide one year
warranty on default error, like no LCD light, no sound etc. However we will let
customer test whatever they like before paying the balance. For later faulty
kindly contact our sales team for collection (mileage charge applied) or send
personally to our office. Our technical dept will follow up ASAP.
