We provide a very detailed description and plenty of pictures but we feel our customers should be able to return an item if they are not happy. We will refund the full amount paid for the item but not the postage cost. UK buyers must inform us within 7 days of delivery if they wish to return an item (international customers have 14 days). So not only do we provide great prices but also a returns policy for your complete satisfaction, we totally understand buying online is not the same as a one to one sale in a shop/boutique where you can physically feel items you are buying which is why we think it is important to have this policy in place.
