Shipping cost

  1. Items will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia via National/International Registered Mail, unless requested otherwise.
  2. Shipping cost is US$2.95 (flat rate worldwide). Unfortunately, we do NOT shipped item via Surface Mail without Registered service.
  3. Insurance is optional (but recommended) at US$1.50.

 Packaging and Handling

  1. Item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days upon payment cleared.
  2. All items are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia worldwide.
  3. All items are securely packaged in sealed plastic bag with a protective bubble wrap for national/international travel.
  4. Upon the item is shipped, you will be e-mailed with the package tracking reference no.
  5. If you require the item urgently, express delivery service (such as FedEx or UPS or EMS) can also be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
For International Buyer
  1. Shipping time may take from 10 to 24 days as the mail often takes a little longer than from major cities, so please be patient with international shipping. Delivery times can NOT be guaranteed by us or the postal service and remember there will usually be extra delays around holiday periods.
  2. For item that is subject to government export/import restrictions, we will not be liable for the clearance of custom.
  3. We only use Registered Shipping as there have been many cases in the past where packages never got to it's destination using regular mail. This way, we can ensure that your package will arrive to you.
  4. For security reason we can ONLY ship item to a street address (No P.O Box delivery is allowed).
  5. For expensive auctions, Insurance is optional and recommended, we do not take responsibility for loss or damage by the postal service. If you require your package to be insured, please e-mail after auction ended.
