Special cotton/spandex material performs the adjustments at the waist and abdomen, moulding to the body comfortably, allowing breathability. You can adjust the tension by loosening or tightening the girdle, to gradually restore your waistline to its former state.

What is the difference between Air and Fit?
The Fit provides stronger elasticity and support. It has three vertical bars for lumbar support, and is wider (8 inches) along the lumbar area, and narrows to 7.25 inches at the tummy. The Air belt is more stretchable, it provides less support but may be a little more comfortable. It has three rows of six round magnets each for lumbar support, and is a standard 7.5 inches all around.

Both have a strong velcro closure that allows you to adjust the length accordingly. For sizing, estimate your postnatal waist and make sure it will be tight enough to provide support as you get back to normal size. Remember that these lengths seem short but add a few inches since you will be stretching it before fastening to provide a snug support.
