Condition:  Internally they are very good for age, with light discolouration, the occasional mark and slight foxing.  The boards have shelf-wear and rubbing, bumped spine ends and corners with stains and marks typical of this type of book.  Titles are partially worn.  Volume 2 has water damage which has wrinkled the cloth on the back board and caused mild rippling of last third of pages (but not a problem to reading).    Volume 3 has a small piece of one corner missing, with fraying to cloth and a couple of small chips to initial pages.  Perfectly useable copies,  all have strong bindings, are comfortable to read and are fairly attractive on the shelf.
