- All tracing and tracking enquiries must be made within 14days of the shipping date as informed. Any discrepancy on delivered shipment must be reported to us with 10 hours upon delivery by sms.
- This item will only be delivered via courier services or Pos Laju, buyer have to pay for the additional shipping and handling fees of RM8 for major cities in West M'sia, RM15 for East M'sia, Singapore and other towns. We will only ship the item to you within Malaysia and Singapore.
- Please email us if shipping insurance is required, it has to be shipped by DHL and the winner has to pay the additional courier charges and insurance fee.
- Buyers are responsible for customs taxes incurred, if any at their respective countries.
- We combine shipping and handling fees when all items are paid together. Please email us for a combined shipping before bidding/grabbing.
- The item will only be shipped out once we receive the payment by cash, if the payment is by cheque, the item will only be shipped out upon clearance of the cheque.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

This item carries a 1 week limited warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, shipping damaged, misused, negligent, mishandle, lightning strike, compatibility or bad reception is NOT cover under the warranty.
Note: We do not guarantee the reception of the TV or Radio after using this product, the reception is depending on the area, some places even an outdoor antenna on the roof also may not get a good reception.
- Warranty starts from the date of delivery.

We will NOT be held responsible for mishandled,damaged or lost of items caused by the courier company. Please email us if shipping insurance is required, it has to be shipped by DHL and the winner has to pay the additional courier charges and insurance fee.

The repair of any defect or replacement of any parts does not result in any extension of the warranty period.
- Return items for warranty exchange must have a confirmation or tracking number and must be in like new conditions with all original contents and buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling fee.

If the item delivered are incomplete , we will bare the rest of the partial delivery charges.

If the wrong item are delivered to the buyer , we will bare the cost of getting back the item and also the cost of re-delivering the right item to the buyer.

- Software with visible product key are non refundable or returnable.

Courier and handling charge are non-refundable.
