This is a brand new book still wrapped in plastic.  No remainder marks. 

Shipping to U.S. addresses is $3.95 for USPS Media Mail including Delivery Confirmation. International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International.  I am sorry the book does not fit in a flat rate envelope. Buyers with an Illinois address will be charged 6.5% sales tax unless a reseller ID certificate is provided.
