This elf wears a red stocking and black boots. He is sitting on a large gift box. This one is perfect for a stocking or hanging on the tree. Enjoy this set and hopefully it will make a repeat appearance yearly during your family's holiday season. This was made in Hungary and Denmark, the home of Lego. Enjoy.
Bag condition: Good (minor shelf wear). Upon preparing this item for auction, I found a small tear in the bag. I taped over this small tear with clear packaging tape. Just looking at the bag, you can't tell I did any type of repair except if you handle the polybag you will feel the tape there. I was able to confirm by looking through the clear bag that ALL the parts are present plus the instructions. This set is complete and you will not have any worries.
I share your concern regarding an open box set and whether it is a complete or not. There is a major disappointment purchasing an open box set and finding that it's not all there during the construction process. Even if the seller made an innocent mistake and you have to return the set, I know what that feels like and the unsatisfied feelings that go along with the ordeal. I have verified a proper and complete inventory so you will not have any disappointment. I put my good name and return policy on every set I sell whether it is sealed, open box, or used.
