Increase the effectiveness of dips and pull ups by adding resistance beyond your own body weight!

The chain loops through ANY weight plates (standard 1" or olympic 2") and attaches to the other end of the belt. The belt hangs from your hips/rear, with the loaded weight plates hanging between your legs. In such a position it's deceptively secure, allowing you to do exercises such as pull ups and dips with added weight. The extended back pad distributes weight evenly for comfort and stability. Constructed from top-grain leather from the heaviest cowhides. Hand sewn with neoprene lining and handcrafted to ensure your safety and comfort.
