This beautiful, GLAMOROUS, WHITE, sheer horsehair hat, has an extra wide, SHEER, scalloped brim. This scallop design runs throughout the entire hat.  Pretty rosette in white are placed around the brim.  This is a very fancy, beautiful, elegant hat.

Measurements - 22 1/2" around the inner crown.  This is a standard crown.  The wide big brim has a 70" circumference.  21" ACCROSS.
