Once handed over to USPS, it's beyond our control. We have seen no tracking info. updated and arrives all the sudden - USPS clerks/drivers OFTEN do not scan packages - Please be patient! Although, we had only 1 lost mail incidence over 100s of shipping abroad, item is most certainly on a way!!! More expensive but quick, accurate tracking, and/or guaranteed shipping service (either USPS or UPS) available upon request, please ask us for a quote.
