• Special Features:  No handles, was available from November 20 - December 31, 1999 for Longaberger Hostesses to purchase and is made from a new heart-shaped form that was the first of its kind for Longaberger.  It took basketmakers seven years to perfect the design and another six months to train weavers how to make it.   
• Measures:  13 1/4-L x 12 1/2-W x 4 1/4-H 
• Condition:  Excellent Condition - Lid has one very small imperfection on top and trim strip is split on end of basket. 
• History:  The Longaberger Sweetheart Series was created in 1990, and each Basket in the Collection features some form of Red trim or accent weaving on the basket.  The Collection is usually promoted in January of each year, but the campaign varies from time to time and has also been promoted in November & December.  The 1999 Hostess Love Treasures Basket marks the seventh edition in Longaberger's Hostess Sweetheart Collection.         

This Basket comes from a smoke-free, pet-free environment since the moment it was purchased.  Each and every Longaberger Basket is stamped with the Longaberger logo and personally signed and dated by the weaver who made the basket!!!
