Longaberger 1985 Meadow Blossoms Pottery Award Soup Bowl

  • Set includes:  Meadow Blossoms Soup Bowl only (which is exactly the way most Awards are given out).  
  • Pottery Color:  Meadow Blossoms (exclusive to Longaberger's Award Pottery)  
  • Special Features:  Made out of stoneware by Hartstone - one of Ohio's finest pottery manufacturers.  The Soup Bowl is Cream colored with Navy trim and features a Peach, Navy & Green flower design that is hand painted.  A secret fire glazing process makes this pottery piece microwave, oven & dishwasher safe.  The 1985 Meadow Blossoms Soup Bowl was earned by Longaberger Consultants that sponsored 1 or more qualified recruits during the 4/1/85 - 7/29/85 selling period.  There were 4 groupings of Meadow Blossoms Pottery and the Soup Bowl was part of Grouping C, which also included 1 Soup Tureen and 1 Buffet Tray.  
  • Measures:  4 1/4-RD x 2 3/4-H 
  • Condition:  Excellent Condition - used for displaying purposes in an office setting only. 
  • History:  The Longaberger Company honors Sales Consultants who accomplish outstanding sales and sponsoring achievements with beautiful, exclusive products.  Recipients are presented with unique items, created especially for them, each year at Longaberger's annual convention, the Basket Bee.  There will not be many of these awards available to buy, since most Consultants will not part with this coveted award.            

 

This Pottery piece comes from a smoke-free, pet-free environment since the moment it was received from The Longaberger Company.  The Longaberger Award Pottery by Hartstone is stamped with the logo, "Longaberger Pottery - by Hartstone" and is signed by the artist that painted the piece, which guarantees it's authenticity as a quality Longaberger product!!!
