1) All orders will dispatch within 24 - 48 Hrs after payment is received. Express Shipping will usually take within 3 to 5 days to arrive for most countries and 3 to 7 days for Southern America, Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe (provided there's no delay at customs clearance, which we shall not be held responsible should there is).
2) We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or Military Base addresses as an adult signature is required upon receipt.
3) For Express Shipping, after your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number where you can conveniently track online the whereabouts of your order.
4) Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government.. These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from our charges.
5) We perform 100% quality check on all items before shipment. However, in the unlikelihood of the items being damaged during shipment, please inform by e-mailing us immediately. Any complaints for damage made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained. You must return defective or damaged goods within 30 days of receipt.
We will guarantee an arrangement for a replacement (subject to availability) at our cost or make a full refund for you depending on your request once we receive the return.
6) If you want to return the item for reasons other than it's damaged, you will have to bear the return cost. We will make a full refund minus shipping charges once item is received, provided it is in its original packaging and still in resaleable condition. We do not charge any restocking fees. |
