Returns were sold to a customer, who then either physically brought the item back to a store or mailed it to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness (i.e., size, color, model, etc.), and as a result that product may be in fine working order. During the liquidation process some tags may have a mark over the name brand label on the item and some times they may have additional marks mistakenly made on the garment itself. These marks will come out when washed. Please read all information carefully as returns will not be accepted for these minor correctable flaws. Most items are in brand new condition with tags unless noted otherwise. We inspect all items upon arrival and will note any major flaws in the description. We will not issue refunds for the correctable minor flaws noted above however if there is a major flaw that was not noted then at our discretion we may offer store credit upon return of the item.
