SHIPMENT

1. The shipment will be sent out in 1 to 2 days once receive the payment. If the payment is by cheque, the shipping will be right after the clearance of the cheque.
2. All tracing and tracking enquiries must be made within 14days of the shipping date as informed. Any discrepancy on delivered shipment must be reported to us with 10 hours upon delivery by sms.
3. This item will only be delivered via courier services or Pos Laju, buyer have to pay for the additional shipping and handling fees of RM15 for major cities in West M'sia, RM30 for East M'sia, Singapore and other towns. We will only ship the item to you within Malaysia and Singapore.
4. Buyers are responsible for customs taxes incurred, if any at their respective countries.
5. We combine shipping and handling fees when all items are paid together. Please email us for a combined shipping before bidding/grabbing.
6. The item will only be shipped out once we receive the payment by cash, if the payment is by cheque, the item will only be shipped out upon clearance of the cheque.
7. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

1. This item carries a 1 week limited warranty on manufacturing defects. Wear and tear, shipping damaged, misused, negligent, mishandle, lightning strike or compatibility is NOT cover under the warranty.
2. Warranty starts from the date of delivery.
3. We will NOT be held responsible for mishandled,damaged or lost of items caused by the courier company.
4. The repair of any defect or replacement of any parts does not result in any extension of the warranty period.
   
   GOODS RETURN POLICY

1. Return items for warranty exchange must have a confirmation or tracking number and must be in like new conditions with all original contents and buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling fee.
2. If the item delivered are incomplete , we will bare the rest of the partial delivery charges.
3. If the wrong item are delivered to the buyer , we will bare the cost of getting back the item and also the cost of re-delivering the right item to the buyer. (Wrong item do refer to completely different model, item, or physical attributes which can be easily identified)
4. Software with visible product key are non refundable or returnable.
5. Courier and handling charge are non-refundable.

PAYMENT

Kinly make the payment with the courier fees (the amout please refer to the Terms & Conditions in the shipment section) to our company bank account with Maybank, Public Bank or RHB Bank via one of the following method:

- ATM Machine using 3rd party transfer.
- Internet Banking using 3rd party transfer.
- Over the Bank counter Cash Deposit.
- ATM machine Cash Deposit.
- Fast Cheque Deposit Machine

The bank account details will be email to you once you have won the bid. Please take note that you have to add RM0.50 bank commission if you bank in cash/cheque from non-Klang-Valley states, this is not needed for ATM/internet transfer.
