The Heavy Grips™ hand gripper series was developed for athletes who want to take the training of their grip strength to the next level.

These high quality aluminum-handled handgrippers are made in 50 inch-force-lb torque increments (lbs for marketing purposes) from 100lbs to 350lbs so that you can train your grip similar to training any other bodypart-- by increasing resistance. This will finally allow you to build the huge forearms and crushing grip you have been unable to achieve by doing endless reps with dept. store hand-grippers.

Which gripper should I start with?

The HeavyGrip(HG)100 is mostly used as a warm-up gripper or for grip beginners. We recommend this gripper for females, young athletes and people with a weak grip. It is also a very high quality gripper for stronger people who like to do a lot of repetitions. That's why it's called "The Beginner".

Most strong people can do reps with the HG 150-"Intermediate" and find that the grips become really difficult at the HG 200 level and people of average hand strength have trouble closing the HG 200 for reps or the HG 250 once. When training their hand like other body-parts with reps under 20, most athletes, including women, are surprised at how fast they can master the HG 200 and HG 250 and some athletes do reps with the HG 300 and HG 350.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Heavy Grips™ hand grippers carry a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser. We will replace free of charge any Heavy Grips™ handgripper that has broken or malfunctioned through normal use or manufacturer defect.

We do not offer warranty on any gripper that has been broken through misuse, or been altered in any way. If your hand gripper was not broken from normal grip training, it will not be covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

We also do not warrant against spring scratches and blemishes that were caused for any reason. Due to the manufacturing process of 'twisting' the springs and also the testing equipment we use, some scratches are likely to occur on the gripper spring. These springs will not affect the functionality of your gripper.
