Payment
Payment must be made within five (5) days after listing closes.

I accept:
- PayPal or bank transfers (for Malaysian buyers); subject to 3 days clearance for Interbank GIRO transfers
- PayPal (for international buyers)

I do not accept:
- cash in mail
- cheques of any kind
- postal/money orders

Postage/Shipping
All items are shipped direct from Malaysia within two (2) business days after payment is received (excluding holidays and weekends).
Items will be shipped in bubble-wrapped envelope or box via Registered/Parcel Pos Malaysia Mail (Postal Service of Malaysia).
Items will arrive within Malaysia around 4-5 days, while international destinations will take 1-2 weeks.

Shipping charges:
- shipping addresses within Malaysia, please add RM4
- international shipping addresses, please add USD$4

Due to time and location constraints, I am not able to offer cash-on-delivery.

Purchasing multiple items at the same time will entitle you to a shipping charge discount. This depends on the number of items, and the size and weight of the items.

Return Policy
I try my absolute best to accurately describe an item's quality/appearance. However, in the event that the buyer had made a mistake or the quality of the item is not up to personal expectations, a refund is available provided the item is not damaged in any way, including damage from buyer/postage handling, accidents, and natural disasters. Postage for returned items shall be borne by the buyer. Money will be refunded within seven (7) business days upon receipt of returned item. Unopened new items, when opened or used, are not entitled to returns.
