Shipping cost
- Items will be shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia via Registered International AirMail, unless requested otherwise.
- Shipping cost is US$3.50.
- Insurance is optional (but recommended) at US$1.50.

Packaging and Handling
- Item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days upon payment cleared.
- If you require the item urgently, express delivery service (such as FedEx or UPS or DHL) can also be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
- Shipping time may take from 10 to 15 days as the mail often takes a little longer than from major cities, so please be patient with international shipping. - Delivery times can NOT be guaranteed by us or the postal service and remember there will usually be extra delays around holiday periods.
- For item that is subject to government export/import restrictions, we will not be liable for the clearance of custom.
- For expensive auctions, Insurance is optional and recommended, we do not take responsibility for loss or damage by the postal service. If you require your package to be insured, please e-mail after auction ended.

Terms & Conditions
- If payment is NOT received within 7 business days after auction ended or an alternative payment has NOT been arranged, the transaction will be regarded as failed for non-payment and the item will be offer to the second higher bidder (or to be re-listed). A non-paid item dispute will be lodged.
- For security reason we can only ship the item(s) to the buyer’s registered Paypal address.
- We reserve the right to block or refuse bidders with negative or less than 5 feedback. So, If you are genuine Bidders/Buyers with less than (5) Feedback, please email me BEFORE bidding. If you fail to do so, we have the right to cancel the bid placed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
- Appropriate positive feedbacks will be given to respective auction winners who successfully complete their transactions. Your feedback let's us know that your item has arrived safely. We will be happily leave feedback upon completion of the transaction.

Return Policy
All items are guaranteed to be in the condition stated, or better. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item (at the buyer cost) to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the final auction price.
